Originally a pharmacist, Mary found her niche in project management in pharmaceutical R&D: analysing and planning work, controlling resources, and building teams that help people to work together towards a common goal. She finds these organisational and interpersonal skills useful, and often good fun, in many aspects of personal and professional life.
